What War in Iraq?

Jimmy Breslin is royally pissed at Hillary for trying to pretend the war in Iraq doesn't exist.

As the man said, I can feel her pain because she's in between a rock and hard place. (Or in between Michael Moore and a buffet table?) She, like Joe Lieberman, is one of the few leading Democratics who have consistently supported the war in Iraq. If she makes this fact too widely known, it will alienate the anti-war party activists and fundraisers she needs to support her presidential campaign. On the other hand, she's acutely aware that if she joins the John Kerry flip-flop brigade on national security issues, she will likely become unelectable in 2008.

Tough business, this politics. Sometimes you just have to take a stand.
