Narcissistic Bad Guys
Today's NY Post has an interesting story about some NYPD cops who busted a Russian identity thief in the act of using cloned ATM cards to clean out a cash machine at a Times Square diner. So far, so good, but the story mentions that the guy, Andrei Potupa, age 29, has a website with pictures of him in glamorous locations.
